Senior Accountant - Remote

As a Senior Accountant within our Outsourced Advisory Services (OAS) Manufacturing team you will provide leadership and coordination of accounting services to OAS clients.

This role needs to be able to manage multiple tasks with attention to deadlines, details, and budget requirements. Additionally, you are responsible for coordinating with team members to assist and complete internal and client tasks as needed. This is a remote position that can work from anywhere within the United States.

• Always look for ways to help our clients and the firm improve processes and profitability and communicating suggestions to appropriate parties

• Provide month-end closing service to clients, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliation, fixed asset tracking, loan accounting
• Prepare and/or oversee preparation of monthly financial statements using SN and client resources including clerical/bookkeeping level personnel within both agencies.
• A problem solver for both the client and SN OAS. Identify the root cause of an issue and propose a solution to resolve it.
• Participate in the on-boarding process of new OAS clients
• Maintain a professional demeanor with all client interactions

What it takes to be an OAS Senior Accountant:

• Experience with various ERP software systems
• 5 Years of experience in accounting at or above a staff accountant level
• Ability to review financial reports balance sheets, profit and Loss statements and other reports to identify inconsistencies, errors, etc.
• Ability to reconcile financial discrepancies by researching and analyzing accounting data
• Knowledge of the entire accounting cycle from data entry to compilation of financial statements
• Experience in small business

Salary: The salary range for this position is an estimate of $60,000 - $75,000. A final compensation offer within this range will be based on factors including an individual’s skill sets, experience, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and geography.
