Strong general ledger, problem solving and accounting software trainability are the keys to success. Assisting and reporting to CFO, this key role will contribute to upleveled accounting software conversion, final design and rollout. Key responsibilities include the performance and/or oversight of asset, liability, revenue and expense entries, verifications and reconciliation. Assist CFO with financial statement preparation, budgeting, donation workpapers, vendor contracts and more. Collaborate with key executives on impactful projects. Cross train in A/P. Process payroll semi-monthly in conjunction with HR. Nonprofit experience helpful but not required. Well-rounded responsibilities are inherent to this multi-tasking role. Candidates who excel in general ledger, learning accounting software, multi-tasking, judgment and communication skills are encouraged to apply. The programs operating under the Seeds of Health, Inc. umbrella include Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program and five schools, one K-4 through 8 elementary school and four high schools, each with a distinct mission. Since opening its first school in 1988 serving 25 students, Seeds of Health, Inc. has progressively expanded its educational services and currently serves approximately 1,300 students and has the only K-12 charter school system in the State of Wisconsin.
