Job Title: Senior Accountant

They are seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to lead their finance team and contribute to the continued success of their organization.
Job Description: As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and leveraging your expertise in property management or real estate accounting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Yardi software.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Utilize Yardi software to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is plus!
- Extensive experience in property management or real estate accounting is required.
- Proven hands-on experience with Yardi software is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
