I am currently hiring for a remote Senior Accountant position for a growing company with a yearly salary between $55k-$75k, based on experience.
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of public accounting and auditing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical skills
Responsibilities include:
- Performs monthly, quarterly and year-end closing consolidation, and prepares appropriate financial statements and reporting packages
- Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations
- In charge of inter-company transactions and reconciliation (AR, AP, PO alignment)
- Coordinates with foreign entities' accountants for timely financial reporting
- Assists with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Assists with drafting and implementing corporate policy
- Assists with preparation of annual budget and quarterly reforecasts
- Posts transactions and journal entries related to payroll, benefits, A/P, credit cards, revenue, etc.
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts
- Analysis of Income Statement, cash flow and receivables
- Assisting the CFO with any other projects as assigned including audits, acquisition, systems integration, etc.
