Senior Accountant

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care - from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellentSenior Accountantto join the finance team of Eitan Medical North America, our US subsidiary. The Accounting Specialist will report directly to the Controller.

Job Description:

• Ownership of the accounts payable process

o Obtain approvals for posting invoices

o Recording expenses to the appropriate accounts

o Processing payments to vendors through payment runs

o Allocating payments against outstanding payable balances

• Handle general ledger bookkeeping
• Handle payroll functions as required by the organization
• Monitoring and assessing distributor discounts and rebates
• Assist with creating and maintaining a Contract/Pricing database to ensure compliance with customer contracts and to facilitate price increases per contract requirements
• Process bi-weekly payroll (ADP Workforce Now experience a plus)
• Review and process expense reports using SAP Concur
• Assist with month end financial reporting related to AR, AP and Payroll
• Assist in Collections Efforts with past due balances included in Accounts Receivable
• Ad Hoc Projects and Tasks

• Education:

o Bachelor’s degree

• Job skills:

o 1-3 years of accounting responsibilities, previous experience with AR, AP and Payroll a plus

o Experience with collections and customer interaction to resolve collection issues

o Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Personality:

o Highly organized and detail oriented

o A team Player, Excellent interpersonal relations

o Excellent in verbal and written communication

o Ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment that requires multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting multiple deadlines
