WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a proven leader who will confidently guide the agency team and Client to great success. A person who is self-motivated, excited and curious about the category, has a strong connection to culture and insatiable when it comes to delivering great work. ou will be managing a tenured, best in category team and managing the relationship with the world's best selling and most premium spirits portfolio. Building a strong connection to consumers and culture is at the epicenter of our work. Solid partnerships with Clients is how we have evolved and grown our relationship. We are insight based, strategically minded and creatively courageous. We are looking for the right person to work hard and play hard with us.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
  • Foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders and proficiently engage and collaborate with mid-level clients
  • Initiate new relationships with key clients and build from the ground up
  • Seek to understand clients' business, brand experience, market category and strategic direction to enable accurate direction and guidance within the agency
  • Serves as the category subject matter expert and leads internal teams across the agency to meet client goals ensuring that brand strategy and objectives are being met
  • Under the direction of the Account Director work to bring program insights to drive enhancements and develop strategic solutions( sales promotions, event marketing, sponsorship activation and appropriate media support) which will build brand equity and expansion into new project areas
  • Works collaboratively to develop strategic vision and translate into tactical solutions and results while sharing best practices with team members
  • Attend and contribute to internal brainstorm sessions, and bring a perspective of strategy to both the development and execution of creative concepts
  • Creates compelling presentations that flow as a story, and delivers with confidence
  • Tracks and monitors all categories of spending for projects and ensures projects are delivered with the approved budget as well as on time and on strategy
  • Works with AD or independently to create scopes of work for projects
  • Partners directly with internal teams to lead the creation of briefs and manages the internal process from client request to delivery/execution of product
  • Regularly partners with Momentum discipline experts to ensure programs are fully integrated across Momentum's breadth of offering; consistently seeds discipline offerings with clients
  • Demonstrated quality decision making, driven by understanding of client business and industry/category influence
  • Inspire, lead, motivate and manage a small team of Account Managers and Account Executives
  • Support Momentum's Values
  • All other duties as assigned

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
  • Spirits experience and/or related beer, wine or CBD highly preferred
  • Retail, shopper program experience highly preferred
  • 6 + years of relevant experience
  • 4+ years agency experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience with passion for training/mentoring junior team
  • Experience working with creative team
  • Experience working with financial data and budgets
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Proven ability to set team priorities and have a collaborative approach to drive results
  • Proficient at leading and facilitating group meetings to drive desirable outcomes and decisions
  • Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established objectives
  • Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters
  • Successful leadership of clients

SALARY RANGEThe salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100 ,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experienc e, and qualifications.
