Job Summary:
The Senior Account Manager will work with Walmart Footwear Sourcing, product development and senior-level management to grow their footwear business. This person will be the interface between our Asia-based team and Walmart to coordinate and align with the day-to-day business including the management of product development, Tier 1 and 2 supply chain, merchandising and forecasting, operations and sales. They will report and be responsible to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. The Senior Account Director may supervise Account Associates, Managers or Directors (level A1-SM2).

Duties/Responsibilities:
The responsibilities and requirements of the Senior Account Director will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Defined Product Development Interface
- Interface with product and merchant teams in support of Product Line Managers and Category Directors to create new opportunities in the product lines
- Coordinate with development personnel on meeting support and development timelines
- Translate product opportunities into internal forecasts
- Facilitate storage and delivery of samples wherever necessary to Product Development Stakeholders
Manufacturing & Operations
- Be the link between the compliance team and ensure alignment with corporate responsible sourcing and compliance requirements
- View and analyze forecasting and sales data to ensure adequate capacity is available for growth projections
- Collate customer-derived forecast into internal format to deliver regular forecasts to finance and operations teams
- View and present forecast data to material and operations teams to ensure and manage adequate capacity and supply
- Serve as an escalation point between Walmart Planning for AMG operations department
