Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Engine Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, SEO implementation, and analytics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and possess a strong understanding of SEM strategy. This role will be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives, optimizing campaigns, and enhancing online visibility for our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions
- Conduct media planning and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website performance and user behavior.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Implement affiliate marketing programs to expand brand reach and drive sales
- Manage end-to-end campaign management, including budget allocation, targeting, and tracking
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field -OR- Relevant experience, accompanied by proven track record in previous jobs
- Proven experience in digital marketing with expertise in campaign strategy and management, and performance marketing
- Expert knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Google Business Profile
- Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques and A/B testing methodologies
- Proficiency in SEO strategies and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred (but not required) Skills:
- Experience with Umbraco CMS
- Experience using Clickup Project Management Software
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for website optimization
- Knowledge of online ADA compliance
