Full Time Position for Immediate Hire.

Aloha Self Storage Lahaina is a locally owned and managed Self Storage facility. Our focus is on providing professional customer service with Aloha. Our facility offers clean, secure and easily accessible storage for residential and commercial customers. We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Office Manager to join our Ohana. Apply now!

Full Time - 40hrs per week. Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. 1 hour lunch and breaks apply.

Responsibilities for Office Manger

  • Greet customers in a professional manner
  • Answer phones in a professional manner
  • Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
  • Make outbound collection communications, calls, texts, emails
  • Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Work with Site Manager to develop advertising campaigns and facility improvement projects
  • Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research

Qualifications for Office Manager

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
  • Proficiency in Excel, some experience required

Starting pay $35 per hour, increase after trial period. Annual reviews.
