SalaryPart-Time position opening for Self-Storage Properties in Temple and Belton area, hours are 25-29 hours a week which include Saturdays.
Look for an individual who is a self-starter, customer friendly, and able to take directions and work alone. Must have current driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and past background check.
Job duties include answering phones, office duties, rent collections, showing/ leasing units, walking property daily, keep property free of trash, weeds, and sweeping/clean out of units as needed. Have a basic knowledge of computers, and able to explain the TSSA Lease Agreements. Must be able to open and close storage unit’s doors, etc. (not limited to list above)

Pay: Up to $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 29 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
