RiteSpace Storage is a facility in Hewitt, Texas looking for a part time dependable person to work in our front office and help manage property.
Part-time Office Manager
Our ideal candidate must have great customer service/people skills, Excellent communication skills, phone and computer skills, must be self motivated, able to work independently and as a team. Storage familiarity, sales and leasing, tenant management, light property maintenance, social media. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook, able to walk & lift up to 25 pounds a must.
Sitelink rental program a huge plus however we will train.
**Previous storage/rental experience a huge plus!
Looking for a quick learner who is dependable and available immediately.
18-20 hours a week, set work schedule but flexible. MUST be able to work Sundays. (our ideal schedule is Sundays and Monday's + a possible few 1/2 day (s) during the week as needed)
Competitive hourly rate plus monthly bonus structure based on performance after 90 days.
Must be able to pass background check.
