The Self-Service Platform Administrator will be responsible for managing self-Service Platforms that support reporting, automation, and analytics. Will be primarily responsible for Support and PowerBI Platforms; supporting the business and team in implementation of self-service initiatives, and the development of Microsoft power platform automation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation and training of guiding principles for PowerBI and automation services.
Define and document best practices and strategies regarding Power BI application deployment and maintenance to include workflows, processes, and standards.
Engage with data developers, business analysts, client service teams and technical teams to understand needs for projects to create necessary environment and user groups.
Keep up to date on upgrade schedules, releases, and new features.
Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design.

Experience in designing and developing reporting and advanced analytics solutions.
Familiarity with data integration (ETL) solutions and logical data modeling.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
2 years of experience managing Power BI tenant, or Power Platform equivalent required.
1 years of Power BI Administration, including Implementing Security, Monitoring Errors, Publishing reports, and Training Business Owners on how to use Power BI required.
2 years of Power BI desktop development experience required.
Experience with SQL Server preferred.
Experience in designing and developing reporting and advanced analytics solutions preferred.
Formal Education & Certification:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
