Responsibilities:
- Test, inspect and service various active shooter systems (Bluepoint, Bosh, Honeywell)
- Work with office staff who identify system issues from daily reports and respond to those issues by taking service calls accordingly
- Use various tools and computer software to identify and troubleshoot customer issues
- Install new active shooter systems per design criteria for customers in the Chicagoland area
- Assist and support the fire alarm install department when not working on active shooter systems.
- Work as a team to help perform monthly inspections
Requirements:
- Availability for after hours emergency service calls
- Excellent customer service skills, responsible; good judgment
- Maintain, organize, stock, and clean company vehicle provided
- Dependable & punctual - starting times vary
- Initiative; Must be able to work independently and also with teammates
- Professional image and trustworthy
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) - company will assist employee with fingerprinting & PERC card.
