- Acts as a representative of the property, interacting with guests and employees in a courteous, professional manner.
- Trains, schedules, supervises and evaluates Security Officers on assigned shift.
- Patrols the property on assigned shift, identifying potential security and/or safety hazards, and report same to the appropriate individual to ensure the safety and protection of guests and employees.
- Acts as a backup to Security Officers on assigned shift and assumes their duties when necessary.
- Responsible for the documentation of incident reports, etc. on assigned shift.
- Assists in the daily operations of the Security Department.
- Escort employees with money banks from one destination to another when needed.
- Escort table fills from the cage to the table games area when needed.
- Staying informed of services, promotions and events.
- Write reports of any irregularities encountered while on duty such as equipment or property damage, theft, or any other unusual occurrences.
- Circulate among guests to preserve order and protect property and guests.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
