Security Representative

Location: Baumont Texas

Pay: $15.50-$17.00

Hours: Full time

This position is to help establish a safe and structured environment in Beaumont Texas. This person will be reporting directly to HR Director in Utah. This person will be responsible to monitor the safety of the building looking for any suspicious behavior and escalating issues as the arise along with making employees feel welcomed as they come into work each day.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance of property.
• Having the ability to escalate issues to authorities if necessary
• Make routine walk throughs of the building each hour of the day
• Provide a presence of consistency and of sense of calm
• Ad Hoc assignments may be given at any time
• Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
• Monitor camera footage
• Work closely with Director of Human Resources to improve agent experience
• Able to work on any task requested by the Director of Human Resources, Site Director or any VP
• Capable of completing routine tasks efficiently
• Handle all badge request and isues
• Continually review and grow the Focus Company Culture

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

General Candidate Experience:

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of organizational strategy and priority management
• Skill to use a computer at high efficiency. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint in preferred. The ability to type 25 wpm.
• Experience in managing others is preferred
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Skill to communicate effectively with employees
• Ability to handle a high stress environment
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities and conflicts
• Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment
• Ability to be proactive

• Pass a drug test
