Sunstates Security is currently hiring a FULL-TIME Receptionist in the Malta, NY area.

Receptionist Duties & Responsibilities

• Receptionist's schedule is Monday-Thursday, 6 am-2 pm and must have flexibility in the schedule
• Provide an excellent customer service experience
• Process Visitors entering the facility
• Effectively manage multiple emails
• Provide security support in other departments
• Contact security management regarding any incidents on site
• Monitor Lobby areas for safety and security
• Perform other tasks as required

Requirements

• NY State Security Guard License
• Demonstrated ability to operate computer systems and fully capable in the Microsoft suite applications and Access Control Systems
• Be detail oriented and able to maintain established standards and data integrity
• Ability to multi-task across several functions simultaneously
• Administrative, and Communication skills
• Professional Appearance

A Receptionist/Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
