Job Description:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall security of the commercial property. You will work closely with the property management team to ensure a safe, efficient, and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Operations:
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and building regulations.
Tenant Relations:
- Foster positive relationships with tenants to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Act as a point of contact for tenant inquiries and requests.
Emergency Response:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Be available for after-hours emergencies and coordinate necessary actions.
Conflict Resolution and Customer Service:
- Address conflicts or disruptive behavior in a professional and tactful manner, aiming to de-escalate situations and maintain a safe and peaceful environment.
- Offer assistance and guidance to visitors, tenants, and staff, demonstrating excellent customer service and a compassionate approach.
Security Procedures and Protocol:
- Adhere to established security policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security training and certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Must possess a clean criminal background with no felony convictions.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures, including emergency response protocols.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility towards the safety and security of individuals.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods of time.
- Availability for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years of age, must be able to pass a drug screen, and must be eligible to work in the United States.
