Security Officer | Part Time- Weekends

Overview:

This is a Part Time weekend opportunity only. Saturday/Sunday 4pm-12am OR 12am-8am

Responsibilities:
Supports Asset Protection strategies, standards, and processes using a customer centric mindset to deliver results, drive store sales, and maximize efficiencies and productivity
Responsible for the consistent, effective execution of Asset Protection in order to protect stores, distribution centers, and
Identify and mitigate risks for evolving business environment
Leverages data gained through process evaluations and Brand data research to influence investigative direction, management

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support Asset Protection strategies
Experience in customer service and/or a high-pressure, multitask environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and build consensus across multiple stakeholders and functions
Ability to actively learn and immediately apply learnings into decisions and behaviors
Present problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security-related fields is a plus
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role is preferred but not required
