At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we're in. We're growing our team here in Las Vegas, NV.
Compensation: 18.25 / Hour
Shift 1: Grave: 2200 to 0600: Monday to Friday.
Shift 2: Day/Swing/Grave Mix: Day: 0600 to 1400: Thursday & Friday/Grave: 2200 to 0600: Saturday/Swing: 1400 to 2200: Sunday & Monday.

About the job: #LAS

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• That you can professionally answer all phones that come through the Site.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols in a safe manner.
• You provide critical access control on behalf of community members and guests, by checking IDs, answering phones, and handling deliveries as needed in the Gatehouse.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED); Must have documentation!
• You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• You have 2 years Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience, in an upscale HOA Community.
• You have a current PILB on hand.
• You have a valid DL and clean driving record.
• You will be able to work on holidays as scheduled for your shift.
• You have the physical ability to stand, walk, or sit throughout your shift.
• You are able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• You have strong work ethic!
• You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
