GardaWorld Security Services is immediately hiring a Call- Off ResponseSecurity Officer to provide superior security and customer service in Liberty, NC and Greensboro, NC. In this role, the Call-Off ResponseSecurity Officer must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule with varying shifts to accommodate call-offs, open posts, or special coverage needs.Job Title:

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this role include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to cover at least two shifts with an 80/20 shift acceptance rate.
- Must be able to cover weekends
- Variety of shifts due to call-offs or openings or scheduled time off.
- Trainable for Security Officer policies and protocols for multiple clientele
- 24 hours minimum - must guarantee availability for at least two shifts. Hours increase based on flexibility.
- Location varies depending on site coverage needs.
- Greensboro & Liberty
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Walk/Stand for long periods of time
- At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Pass an extensive screening process
