Summary: This is a concierge lobby position for all guests of the property. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our company. As a concierge lobby officer, your primary duties will be to provide guest with superior customer service and to assist with their needs and task. Duties include offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests, and greeting people who visit the business. You will also coordinate other activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. This role will also include light patrolling.

Essential Job Functions:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person(s)
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic building information.
Create access badges for visitors.
Light patrol on premises.
