Job Description
The Security Manager is responsible for the overall safety of all persons that enter and exit Stanly Ranch. The Security Manager serves as an invaluable resource to team members and guests regarding. The Security Manager will act as the point of contact for the Security department in the absence of the Director of Security and/or MOD.
- Assist the Director of Security with daily operations.
- Assist with training of staff, annual reviews, and overall development.
- Maintaining and Scheduling staff to meet within department labor standards.
- Patrol the property with specified equipment, check all designated points and document all actions taken
- Involvement with Workers Compensation by reducing claims cost and mitigating hazards.
- Ensure all guest room doors are secured; assist guests and residents with room access.
- Investigate suspicious persons on resort property.
- Conduct designated investigations into theft or lost items, noise complaints, assault complaints, food poisoning complaints, and other guest and resident complaints; complete documented reports.
- Respond to the scene of guest and Team Member accidents promptly; administer first aid/CPR; communicate specified information to E.M.S./medical personnel as required.
- Report to scenes of guests or Team Members fighting.
- Comply with state regulations and resort guidelines for handling intoxicated guests and residents.
- Coordinate towing of vehicles.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English
- 1-2 years experience as a Security Supervisor or equivalent role.
- Valid drivers' license
