Summary
We are a local security and fire company serving the greater Houston, Texas area. This role entails installation, service, and maintaining of a variety of commercial and residential security and alarm solutions.
Requirements
- Fire license
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to all aspects of the job
- Must be proactive in completing jobs and tasks with little or no direct supervision
- Ability to pass a required background check
- Valid driver's license
Role Details
- Installation, service, programming, and maintaining of a variety of commercial and residential security, alarm, and access control systems
- Interface with analog and network video, cloud, and on prem
- Ability to manage multiple appointments scheduled daily/weekly
- Accurately complete work orders and paperwork
- Complete administrative tasks including shipping, invoicing, and reschedules
- Educate customers in various system operations and maintenance
- Upselling during the installation
