Security Guard must have a California Guard card in accordance with all laws and regulations. Weapons are not required.
The service shall begin immediately on the effective date of the contract for 6 months. The period of performance will be from April 1, 2024, through September 30, 2024 .
Provide night shift watch from the hours of 9:00pm-0500am, 8 hours shift, 5 days a week, including all Federal Holidays:

Job Details
Primary focus mainly outside of building to prevent people from camping or sleeping around the building. Contractor will have access to the facility to use restrooms & breakroom that will be available. Government will not have any outdoor shelter from weather (guard house), nor will they furnish vehicle for guard while static.
- Question people trespassing on property.
- Site will be closed to general public.
- Protect all personal and property.
- Keep constantly alert and observe everything within sight or hearing.
- Observe and patrol designated perimeter areas, equipment, structures, and activities of security interest.
- Report all violations where person or persons were trying to access buildings or vehicles, including looking in windows walking along perimeter of buildings to HSU dispatch 707-826-5555.
- To remain on assignment until properly relieved by direction of a supervisor.
- Pass all information relative to assignment to the relieving guard.
- Reasonable and prudent actions to control site access.
- Verify the building site, government equipment and vehicles are secure before and at the end of each shift.
- Providing a safe place to work.
- Emergency response service to aid employees at the site as appropriate.
- Submit incident reports to the COR within 24 hours, monthly roll-ups of incidents and issues, and information reports.
- Report any missing, lost, stolen recovered items.
- Review, interpret, and make recommendations to the COR for implementing security condition requirements.
- Maintain compliance with order, manuals, and procedures.
