SalaryElite Investigations is looking for Dispatchers to work in our 24/7 Command Center to answer all incoming calls related to security coverage and to communicate with clients and address their needs as a first line of communication.
Essential Functions
Answer all calls immediately assisting callers in meeting their needs
Ensure that all emails related to dispatch are checked and responded in a timely manner
Answer all calls in a timely and professional manner
Must have proactive mindset for all dispatch and scheduling issues
Must have the ability to handle stressful situations while remaining calm.
Must be able to multitask
Assists the Operations Managers with finding coverage for any open shifts, including call outs, no call/no shows.
Must have the ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances. In other words, have thick skin, without taking issues personally.
Ensure that all emails related to dispatch are immediately checked and responded to either immediately or in a timely manner (within the tour you are working), depending on the urgency of the email.
Understand standard New York State Security Guard practices.
Must be able to work Overtime, if necessary.
WINTEAM experience is plus.
CURRENT OPENING IS AS FOLLOWS PART TIME SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday 2:00 PM - 10 PM
Pay Rate $19
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour

- Surveillance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
