Job Summary:
The Human Resources & Administrative Assistant is responsible for serving as the front-line customer service liaison for the office and in that role, greets and receives guests with respect and courtesy. Responsible for answering phone calls efficiently and timely; triaging callers to the appropriate parties. Medical records tracking, mailing, filing, thinning, and archiving. Responsible for warehouse organization and clinical record retention and destruction process. Maintain document management system; update forms, file and distribute electronically. Provide administrative support including but not limited to filing, copying, mailing, correspondence, marketing/advertising design, inventory, ordering supplies, coordinating company sponsored events and booking travel arrangements. Anticipate and prepare for meetings, appointments, and other obligations on behalf of the administrative employees.
Qualifications:
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality about matters of significance, client and employee information and topics related to ethics and employment law.
- Must have ability to understand and interpret local, state, and federal laws and accreditation standards regarding Human Resources.
- Proficient computer skills to include Office 365, DocuSign, Adobe and PDF documents and Canva.
- Must be able to work independently, prioritize, organize workflow and complete daily work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously, lead projects and work toward common goals under deadline.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, able to complete projects on time
- Must be able to exercise discretion about matters of significance, related to employees and executing HR practices, policies and procedures.
- Knowledge regarding employment law and HR best practices.
- Customer focus; must possess strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to communicate effectively with employees and members of the public.
- Communication Proficiency; must be able to communicate effectively; verbally, reading and writing, in a way that is understood by others who communicate in the English language.
- Must be able to drive in all types of weather and driving conditions.
Hours: Monday to Friday in our Woodinville Office - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Occasional appointments in our Fircrest office.
Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or Human Resources, or related experience preferred
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
