This position is located at Lemoore, California (Lemoore Naval Air Station) in support of the F-35 program. Perform duties as both Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) at the Pilot Training Center (PTC) and Associate Manager (Asc Mgr) in support of the Site Security Manager (SSM).
As the CPSO, and under the direction of the SSM, the candidate will be responsible to execute and train team members to utilize and act in compliance with all requirements set forth in the Department of Defense Manuals (DODMs) 5205.07 Volumes1-4, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, the NISPOM overprint, DCIDs, and other Department of Navy directives as applicable. Duties may also include completing Program Access Requests, classified meeting support, program management support, physical security support, and security education. Must have thorough knowledge and experience of applicable government and user agency security policies as well as DD254 creation, implementation, and management.
As the Asc Mgr, the candidate will assist the SSM to manage program security functional areas. i.e., Operational Security, Security Education and Training, Physical Security, Personnel Security, Access Control, and Media and Document control at the PTC. The Asc Mgr will assist the SSM in operational oversight, sustainment activities, F-35 specific SAP support, and the overall management and execution of all contractual security requirements at the PTC.
The Asc Mgr will assist the SSM with employee recruitment and training, performance management, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Asc Mgr will be responsible to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Asc Mgr will also be required to apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges.
Asc Mgr will be responsible to maintain excellent customer relationships on site and to communicate observations and recommendations to SSM.
Asc Mgr will execute other duties as assigned by the SSM.
Candidate must be willing to be on-call and able to respond to PTC in event of alarm activation or another emergency. Possible travel (less than 10%). While this is primarily a 1st shift position, it is a mission driven position and operational requirements may require extended work or different shifts.
This position requires routine interaction with senior ranking officers, enlisted personnel, construction personnel and key Government stakeholders with confidence, poise, and professionalism. Candidate should be comfortable and experienced making decisions with minimal oversight.
Basic Qualifications
1. Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program if and when local mission requirements dictate.
3. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
4. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) if/when mission requirements dictate.
5. Prior experience as a manager or team leader.
6. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
7. Previous experience with interpretation and application of ICD 705.
8. Previous SAP experience & knowledge of DoD 5205.07 (Vols. 1-4), previous version JAFANs, JSIG, and NIPSOM regulatory guidance.
9. Excellent written and verbal skills.
10. Industrial and/or military security experience.
11. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.
12. Ability to establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with internal and external customers.

2. Prior experience working with or implementing security plans for facilities and security operations.
3. Experience in maintaining successful team production in a fast-paced operational environment.

Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $82,100 - $157,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
