The IAM Architect role is a key role for design and systems level engineering within Health Benefits.
The IAM Architect will design and development IAM capabilities to help solve IAM lifecycles, authentication, authorization, and other functions to support and enable our Health Benefits associates.
The successful candidate understands modern IAM, modern UX, and Credentialing, Identity, and Access Management (CIAM) capabilities to design and support an extensive set of IAM capabilities for B2E, B2B, and B2C identities.
The candidate must be knowledgeable in SailPoint (IIQ or IDN), Okta, and/or Delinea.
The candidate must be well versed in Java (Tomcat & WebSphere preferred) and full stack development.
* Identify security control requirements for technology initiatives and deliver effective and practical solutions to meet those requirements in alignment with the overall objectives of the project and the business.
* Resource planning and engagement management.
* Service development and improvement.
* Assess the business impact of cybersecurity risks in the enterprise and identify options and recommendations for mitigating those risks.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of information security strategy and architecture.
* Evaluate and develop secure solutions based on approved Security Architectures.
* Work with Enterprise Architects and other functional area architects and security specialists to ensure adequate security solutions are in place throughout all IT systems and platforms to mitigate identified risks sufficiently and support business objectives.
* Communicate cybersecurity risks and solutions to various technical and non-technical audiences and levels of management.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Expert (10+ years in design and coding of java applications
- 6 - 8 years in design and development of SailPoint
- 4 - 5 years in design and development of a Federated Access Mgmt. solution (Okta preferred
- 4 - 5 years involved with Privileged Access Mgmt solutions (Thycotic/Delinea preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters in CyberSecurity or Computer Science
- 6 - 8 years in CIAM design and development
- 6 - 8 years in DevOps, CI/CD devops models, and/or other Delivery Model
- Experience in deploying IAM solutions from the ground up

The compensation range for this full-time IAM Security Architect role is between $94,869 and $176,186. The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
