Enterprise Security Architect

Description:

Enterprise Security Architect focusing on cloud security provides expertise in the definition, design, implementation, adoption, and adherence to enterprise architecture strategies with developing and migrating to cloud-based environment. This specific role is focused on expertise in security fundamentals, Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud technologies. Strong Microsoft Azure and / or AWS expertise with a security mindset is critical to success in this role. The successful candidate must have demonstrated design & implementation skill sets to deploy and troubleshoot cloud-based technologies.- •Strong domain knowledge in Microsoft Azure and / or AWS cloud design and development•Strong understanding on cloud security concepts and tools•Working knowledge of current IT and systems technologies and standards•Complete understanding of the technology required for cloud computing.•Knowledge of infrastructure components, virtualization technologies, middleware, and SOA•Skills to migrate the existing applications to the cloud.•Knowledge on Power Shell, scripting languages - Python, PHP, Java, Node and Ruby on Rails•The ability and the knowledge to implement security information and event management to keep the company’s assets safe.•The responsibility of making sure that the requirements of all service-level agreements are met.•Ability to position and convey security as a business enabler is critical to this position.•A background in Network Security Architecture, IaaS, PaaS will be a huge plus.•Knowledge of various Identity management / federation concepts pertinent to cloud computing.

- •Application Design, Development, and Testing – Software Life Cycle Management techniques and Tools for managing requirements, processes, and object versioning•Integrated Development Environments such as Websphere Studio, Rational Application Developer, or Visual Studio•Knowledge of modern software development languages including such as J2EE or .NET technologies•Strong, working verbal and written business and technical communication skills•Solid understanding of Infrastructure Architecture and Operations in a highly virtualized environment •Knowledge of the relevant legislations that might affect the solutions•Solid background in general security practices around IDM, IAM, SAML, Oauth, SIEM technologies•Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills leveraging all available resources- CISSP and any AWS/ Azure certifications (Nice to have not required)- BS degree in Computer science or related discipline- 5+ years of IT security experience - Minimum of 2 years designing complex, integrated security solutions
