Greet employees and visitors when entering the retail/cultivation sites with compassion and professionalism.
Accurately check people into the building.
Scan all forms of documentation to ensure accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service - always going the extra mile.
Accurately log and badge all visitors per AZDHS guidelines.
Assist with accepting packages and deliveries to the facility.
Patrol the premises to make sure all of the location is safe and secure.
Assist with nightly inventory counts of all retail store products.
Work cohesively as part of family/team environment.
Work on special projects and assignments designated by management.
Conducts some walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.
Inspect employee/company vehicles.
Hiring Requirements
Must be over 21 years of age.
Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required
Applicant must consent to a criminal background check
Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
Must be able to occasionally lift 50+ pounds
Must be able to either sit or stand for long periods of time
Must have reliable transportation
Must have no scheduling restrictions.
Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment background checks.
Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical Demands
Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods.
Education
Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
Degree in horticulture, agriculture, or plant science field is desirable.
