Security Systems Integrator seeking an experienced Accounting/Admin Assistant for our Gilbert, Arizona office handling accounts receivable, invoicing, vendor payable entry as well as general office administrative tasks/duties.
Skills/ Requirements:
-Experience with Accounting/AP/Collections and various clerical and office admin procedures and duties.
-Strong Computer, Excel, and Typing Skills.
-Professional Customer Service & Phone Skills.
-Strong Multitasking Skills.
-Experience with Sedona Office software a plus.
-Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
-Clean Criminal Record.
-Drug Free.
-21+ Years of Age per insurance requirements for driving a commercial vehicle when needed.
