As a Securities Valuation Client Service Analyst, you are responsible for building and advancing our Client Service team into a world class premiere service. You will learn the fixed income and derivative Securities Valuation business and take ownership of client communications by interacting and partnering with sales, product experts, accounting teams, technology developers, and senior leaders. If you are organized with exceptional communication and writing skills, have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through, have a passion for learning, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, complex client-facing environment, this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute as an integral team member to continuously improve team’s ability to deliver on client and stakeholder requests
- Deliver and coordinate on a wide array of requests from clients, sales, and product teams
- Create, design, write, and manage client facing marketing material by partnering with sales team, subject matter experts, and colleagues
- Responsibilities include completing client onboarding activities, responding to client inquiries, instructing & demonstrating various client facing tools, preparing and disseminating marketing material, providing logistics support for conferences, and assisting Sales and Product teams as needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required as the candidate must interact extensively with clients, sales teams, product experts, developers, and senior leaders
- Strong follow through, collaboration, problem solving, and presentation skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to prioritize workloads, multitask, and react quickly to evolving business environment
- Strong ability to work independently as an individual contributor as well as working harmoniously as a team member to resolve issues or deliver on requests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience working in a client facing role, preferably as a Client Service representative
- Good working knowledge of fixed income securities a plus
- Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly
