Summary
The Alternative Investment Client Service Analyst supports Stifel’s Alternative Investment business through superior product support to advisors and fund partners. This role will interact with the sales team via phone and email to provide general information in response to Alternative Investment inquiries and work collaboratively with teammates to facilitate the offering process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides the highest quality customer service through written and verbal communication, providing general information in response to sales team inquiries related to Alternative Investments.
  • Process Alternative Investment transactions in Stifel’s Alternative Investment order and fulfillment tool by conducting eligibility and document reviews.
  • Assist fund partners and their administrators in remedying any outstanding items related to client orders.
  • Assist in reconciliation efforts during fund closings by interfacing with fund partners and Operations teams to support transaction booking efforts.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with fund partners and key stakeholders to assist or enhance the client experience.

  • Great attention to detail, strong project management and organizational skills, and exemplary analytical skills
  • Ability to problem solve and improve the client and advisor experience
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client and personal services.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Have a positive attitude, high attention to detail, and be a team player.
  • Knowledge of the financial industry and Alternative Investments.

Education and Experience
  • Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum Required: 1+ year of Client Service experience.
Licenses and Credentials
  • Minimum Required: None.
Systems and Technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel.

Salary: $71,000 - $107,000 per year

Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
