Job Description:
- Assess and determine which Section 508 provisions are applicable to project deliverables.
- Define, document, and execute Section 508 compliance test cases.
- Draft and/or Contribute to the preparation of Section 508 compliance enterprise life-cycle artifacts.
- Conduct Section 508 compliance demonstrations using IRS accessibility tools (e.g., JAWS, Dragon, Zoom Text).
- Manage test cases and testing using the IRS Enterprise Life-Cycle Management (ELM) tool.
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience with Software Testing /Quality Assurance. Additional relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) security clearance.
- Must be a team player, proactive, and possess excellent problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Should be able to identify and communicate program risks and recommend mitigation.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship-building skills & communication skills.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to think strategically, act tactically, and deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines, must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization, including senior management and operations personnel.
