How You'll Make a Difference
As the SEC Reporting Manager, you will hold a vital role overseeing all aspects of external financial reporting, including the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statements. You'll also own accounting for equity-based transactions, R&D accruals, and stay updated on new accounting standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our finance team, directly impacting our ability to drive innovation and deliver transformative therapy to patients in need.
The "Fine Print" – What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee the preparation of all quarterly and year-end financial statements.
- Ensure appropriate internal controls and documentation exists in the accounting process and related information technology applications and processes.
- Responsible for managing the accounting and reporting for all equity-based transactions.
- Assists with technical accounting research and documentation of new policies and procedures.
- Monitors the development and applicability of emerging accounting and reporting rules being deliberated by the SEC, US GAAP, and other regulators.
- Assists with the review of month-close and coordination of quarterly review and year end audit process with external auditors.
- Preparation of quarterly R&D accruals.
Skills and Experience We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with some experience in life sciences.
- CPA certification is required.
- Public accounting experience is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communications skills.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
