This is a high-profile position that will play a critical role in all technical and complex matters, including leases, equity, business combinations, and debt financing. This role will report to the Director of SEC and External Reporting.

Base Salary Range
$128,000 - $176,000 USD

What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an SEC and External Reporting Manager to join our growing team. This is a high-profile position that will play a critical role in all technical and complex matters, including leases, equity, business combinations, and debt financing. This role will report to the Director of SEC and External Reporting.
What Will You Do?
- Oversee and manage the preparation of forms and financial statements to be filed with the SEC, including preparation of the statement of cash flows and EPS
- Assess and implement new US GAAP accounting standards and reporting requirements
- Prepare quarterly Audit Committee decks
- Prepare the quarterly SEC reporting binders and support
- Provide advice on technical accounting issues, researching appropriate guidance, benchmarking peer disclosures, and drafting technical accounting memos or position papers
- Manage multiple work streams simultaneously, interfacing with various department leaders
- Assist in the Company's SOX compliance efforts in connection with the preparation of the Company's financial reporting process
- Work with external auditors to prepare financial reports and analysis as required
What Skills and Experience Will You Need?
- Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar or related field
- Strong technical accounting background, a good understanding of SOX 404, as well as experience with technical research
- Proven competencies in communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Preferred qualifications:
- CPA license (active or inactive)
- Experience with share-based compensation accounting
- Previous use of NetSuite, Workiva, and Equity Edge Online
