Capital District Veterinary Referral Hospital is expanding our emergency services and is looking to add a Client Care Specialist to join our growing specialty and emergency team.
Shift: This position will be full-time, required to work 1 weekend shift each week. The shifts will be afternoon shifts going into the later evening hours. Must be flexible.
About the Role: The Client Care Specialist will demonstrate exceptional Client Service skills at all times to represent the organization and perform day-to-day operations of the front desk while consistently following Client Care Specialist protocols to complete tasks. Some of the essential responsibilities are to:
- Educate and advise clients regarding CDVRH services, products and practices
- Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
- Assisting clients with general information, appointments and invoicing
- Admit and discharge pets from appointments and services and schedule follow-ups as needed
- Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with Ethos and legal requirements
Compensation:
- Starting $22 - will increased based on experience & skill set
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- The right candidate will have a fundamental knowledge of windows based computer programs.
