JOB TITLE: Seasonal Tax Assistant

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 4 Months

Set Up: Hybrid

Pay Rate: $26.13/hr

DUTIES:

• Assist to print tax returns or tax questionnaires
• Assist to update the tax return status in Atlas or scan documents to Orion and / or other internal systems
• Scan and file records into the database tracking system.
• Update the various computer systems (Link Portal, Atlas, Orion) to ensure accurate information is in the database.
• Assist to compare the data input in CCH with original provided information
• Rerun individual tax returns in CCH according to instruction
• Assist to make sure the tax returns are assembled correctly with proper attached forms such as W-2s, special instruction etc.
• Send and track final tax returns.
• Assist the team to prepare inventory control
• Assist various administrative work, when required Detailed Job Skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• One or Two years of experience in an administrative/office support role.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Accurate data-entry skills; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
• Excellent customer service and performs with integrity.
• Fluent in Japanese and good professional Japanese writing skills is PREFERRED
