Job DescriptionThe George is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Seasonal Server this winter season to join our dynamic team and provide our guests with an amazing holiday experience! If you are eager to deliver exceptional service and be part of the Fairmont experience, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Create an outstanding dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Have an extensive knowledge of all menu items and their preparation.
- Take guest orders while making menu recommendations.
- Set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist with table turnover and maintain a smooth flow of service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prior upscale serving experience preferred.
- Ability to work in fast paced environments.
- Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA.
- Available to work early morning, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handlers Card and MAST Permit required.
