Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Part time Seasonal to work on a temporary basis through approximately August 2024. This position will act as a support to the Accounts Payable Department.Key Responsibilities
- Assist with legacy document scanning/indexing into centralized database, ERP
- Assist with vendor "statement audit" including but not limited to, analyzing vendor statements, monitoring and tracking down missing documents for processors to post, and communicating with vendors
- Identify pricing vulnerabilities by completing a mini audit of select purchase orders vs vendor invoicing
- Assist with payment distribution (remit compilation, stuffing envelopes, and postage)
- Assist with capturing and attaching bol's/packing slips
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work temporarily through August 2024.
