Rising Sun is looking to hire part-time seasonal help with a number of Outdoor Concert Series including "Concerts Under the Stars" in King of Prussia, the Ardmore Music Hall, and "Sing us Home" Concert Series in Manayunk. The Outdoor Concert Series will be from May - September

Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Parking Attendants to join our team. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring smooth parking operations. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Direct guests to available parking spaces and provide guidance on parking procedures
- Collect parking fees and issue tickets or receipts as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles parked and fees collected
- Monitor parking areas for any unauthorized or suspicious activities
- Assist guests with locating their vehicles upon request
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient traffic flow within the parking facility
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and staff

Experience:
- Previous experience in conflict management, customer service, hospitality, food service, public speaking, cash handling, lifeguarding, guest services, theater, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail to accurately record information and process payments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 per hour
