Madrona Advisory Group is a CPA & wealth management firm looking for Seasonal or Temporary office help during the upcoming tax season (Feb – April). The firm provide exceptional service to our clients and an open flexible environment for our employees. This Office Assistant position is responsible for filing and scanning documents for electronic filing and other office support as requested.
This position will work out of the Bellevue or Everett, WA offices. It is a part-time (20-25 hours/week) position, with a flexible schedule depending on your availability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- File and scan documents for electronic filing.
- Assist Administrative Staff Processor as needed.
- Run errands as assigned.
- Maintains confidentiality in client matters.
- Establish good working relationship with other team members.
- Foster positive communications and relationships with team members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in meetings as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School or have a High School Diploma.
- Basic Filing skills.
- Basic scanning skills.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to function in a highly confidential environment.
- Possess reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and be willing and able to run errands using a personal vehicle, as requested.
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18 depending on experience.
