Who we are:
Our Ice Cream shop is an add-on to our main business, The Electric Boat Company (EBC) which is the premier company for access to Lake Union in downtown Seattle. Cone and Compass operates in the same building as the boat company and handles all the catering for our boats as well as a small customer facing Ice Cream scoop shop.

This job is perfect for a person who is focused and likes working independently, can train and reinforce standards, can handle fast-paced situations, and can juggle a hefty to-do list, while maintaining top-notch operations and an A+ teamwork. We set high expectations for ourselves and work very hard towards them, but we know how to have fun and enjoy the process while we are at it. What you’ll do:
- Scoop Ice Cream!
- Coordinate with the main office to ensure all catering orders are filled
- Manage organization and coordination of inventory
- Clean and maintain facility to ensure health and safety of customers
- Ensure operations meet/exceed high standards in safety, cleanliness, and customer service
What you need to succeed:
- Availability on weekends, evenings and holidays (not all)
- Reliable transportation
- High energy and willingness to work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to see what needs to be done and DO IT!
- Valid driver's license
How you’ll be compensated:
Hiring for weekend and weekday schedules; flexible hours available @$20hr with tips.
