Responsibilities:
- Operate sewing machines to sew, alter, and fabricate garments according to specifications
- Cut fabric pieces according to patterns or measurements
- Sew garments using various stitching techniques
- Perform quality checks on finished garments to ensure they meet the required standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Skills:
- Proficient in using sewing machines and other related tools
- Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and measurements
- Attention to detail and precision in sewing tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Time management skills to meet production deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Charlotte, NC 28203: Relocate before starting work (Required)
