As a Seamstress/Seamster, you'll fabricate beautiful, bespoke window treatments and luxurious bedding and cushions for our esteemed, high-end clientele!

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Tuesday - Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

A Day in the Life:

• Manage diverse projects from inception to completion, ranging from soft window coverings to bedding ensembles, and decorative cushions.
• Utilize industrial-grade sewing machines and hand-stitching techniques to bring designs to life!
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members, ensuring clear communication for timely project execution.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and problem-solving skills when troubleshooting challenges.
• Uphold high standards excellence by meticulously inspecting finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, fostering productivity and creativity.
• Assist with the transportation of heavy fabric bolts and finished drapery projects as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

• The right candidate has proven experience in sewing, measuring, and working with draperies and soft furnishings!
• Familiarity with operating industrial sewing machines and other specialized sewing equipment is crucial.
• Priority will be given to candidates with previous employment in a drapery workroom.
• Must have proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to interpret measuring tools accurately and ensure precision in project outcomes.
• Proficiency in hand stitching or a strong willingness to learn and develop this skill.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Capacity to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Possession of a valid GA Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 lbs. without difficulty.
