We are seeking a skilled and motivated Test Automation Engineer with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• RPA Development:

• Develop and implement Robotic Process Automation solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and automate repetitive tasks, streamlining business processes.

• Test Automation:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.

• Implement best practices for test automation frameworks to ensure scalability and maintainability.

• Work closely with QA and development teams to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines.

• Test Planning and Strategy:

• Contribute to test planning, strategy, and test case design based on project requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing objectives and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues related to test automation scripts, providing timely resolutions.

• Work collaboratively with developers and other stakeholders to address and resolve defects.

• Documentation:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for test scripts, test cases, and automation processes.

• Generate comprehensive reports on test execution results and provide insights for continuous improvement.
