We’re looking for:

• Entrepreneurs who want to build something big and set ambitious goals

• Management-level corporate experience looking to pivot into the start-up world

What you'll do:

We are seeking an experienced entrepreneur to lead our operations department. You will play a pivotal role in creating a quality GoodRec product and growing our sports communities worldwide. You’ll be working on projects to streamline our operations at scale, as well as discussing product improvements and expansion plans with the founding team.

Your responsibilities also include:

• Working closely with the CEO to streamline operations at scale.

• Build an incredible consumer-facing product; Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

• Own revenue and profit, and create clear priorities for your team that push towards increased profitability.

• Coach, mentor, and encourage your operations team toward clear goals.

• Get into the details with your team, understand why things are done, and align your team’s actions with the goals of improved customer experience for players in games.

• Motivate and inspire teams, while building trusting relationships throughout the organization.

Requirements:

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication (C1/2 level)

• Full-time availability

• 5+ years experience in management positions

• Experience working in a fast-growth startup or equivalent fast-paced environments

Compensation:

Negotiable depending on experience.
