Description:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Modeling & Analytics, the Scrum Master III will be responsible for integrated planning across Agile teams, driving Agile adoption, best practices and efficiency, managing cross-team dependencies. The scope of responsibility encompasses collaboration with Product Owners, other Scrum Masters, product developers, and other teams. The ideal candidate will be Scrum Master certified, possess strong knowledge of Agile techniques, must be an excellent communicator, very detail-oriented, structured and interested in all aspects of digital product development and application lifecycle management.
Qualifications
• minimum of a Bachelor's degree in STEM major (Science, Engineering or Math) is required.
• minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master, Project Leader, Program Manager working with technical teams developing software applications.
• Expert with Agile techniques and best practices including but not limited to: Defining User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Automated Testing.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and their application in day-to-day activities.
• Project Management experience using Jira Software is required, Azure DevOps - preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills are required.
• bility to prioritize and to successfully manage multiple projects/priorities using Scrum practicies is required.
• bility to work with teams in different time zones is required.
• Scrum Master certification is required.
• Experience with Manufacturing and Supply Chain is preferred.
• Global Experience is preferred.
• bility to work in fast-paced, customer-focused environment is required.
• Self starter, proactive, well organized, able to work effectively both independently and with cross-functional teams.
