Scrum Master

Skillset: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a similar technical environment. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Familiarity with Business Intelligence concepts and tools is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are a plus. Project Coordination for Client Data Systems: Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Automation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual processes and enhance efficiency and scalability. Design, Implementation, and Maintenance of BI Systems: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks. Ensure the integrity and efficiency of data modeling and ETL pipelines. (MAYBE) Coordinate the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems used for collecting and analyzing Business Intelligence data. Creation of Dashboards and Data Platforms: Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data visualization and reporting processes. Development of Infrastructure Solution Documentation: Provide regular updates on operational/performance metrics and status reports. Automation and Process Improvement: Implement automated solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Guidance on Data Stewardship: Provide guidance and support to teams onboarding to the data central platform. Ensure adherence to data governance policies and best practices. Additional: Keep Purchaser informed of the services performed and progress by the Supplier, including weekly status updates. Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Work Order, including budgetary constraints and change management procedures. Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
