Position: Tuesday - Saturday 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Location: Downtown Pittsburgh
Payrate: $25.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and strictly enforce all related Client and Company policies and procedures.
- Schedule assigned Event Personnel effectively utilizing Tracktik Software and related programs.
- Supervision and training of all assigned personnel to the highest of standards. Conduct retraining when necessary.
- Create and review all Incident Reports initiated by staff for accuracy and grammar by utilizing Traktik Software.
- Supervise the Set-up of Evolve Screening Equipment prior to event.
- Conduct disciplinary actions with assigned personnel per company policy.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency services, and management as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and staff with inquiries and directions.
- Maintain a professional and alert presence, contributing to a secure atmosphere.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on security techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) years prior experience in security supervision, law enforcement, military, or a related field.
- Established scheduling experience.
- Have Flexibility in schedule when required.
- Strong observational and communication abilities.
- Ability to remain composed and make swift decisions under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with excellent report-writing skills.
- Advanced computer literacy and familiarity with security equipment.
- Physical fitness and capability to stand, walk, and conduct patrols for the majority of the shift.
- Strong integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
